For some reason, I feel like I've had more opportunities to talk to Mikami-san and Kagurazaka-san since then.
Personally, I'm just happy that a cute girl talked to me, but for some reason, Omae keeps giving me angry looks. I wish he'd stop doing that.
After all, I haven't done anything wrong.
Since I defeated Himawari and the three goblins, I've been able to live without encountering any more monsters.
In the meantime, I continue to draw Gacha twice a day.
I get basic food, weapons, and the occasional daily necessities. There's a wide variety, so i don't get too many duplicates, but there is one problem.
Any prizes i win are displayed as text information on my smartphone, but if i leave them unclaimed, they disappear on the sixth day.
The shock I felt the first time I left a prize unclaimed and saw it disappear was immeasurable.
As long as i tap to get it, it stays me you. But sometimes i get 1kg of meat! That was great at first, but it's way too much for our family of four to eat, so we ended up with leftovers.
In this era of SDG advocacy, throwing things away would be unbearable. So we dealt with the problem by buying more freezers, but even that will probably reach its limit eventually.
The bigger problem is the weapons.
At first I gave some to my parents and sister, and they were happy, but then they told me they didn't want more than two. I didn't want many either.
Now I have so many knives at home that I could open a shop.
If the collection keeps growing, it'll look like a suspicious house.
I've refrained from selling them online because I'm afraid it might cause problems. But eventually I may have no choice but to rely on someone else's help.
There's always the option of leaving items unclaimed and letting them be deleted, but that feels like such a waste.
Even though I've been causing a bit of trouble for my family lately, I can't resist the temptation, so I draw exactly twice a day.

It's definitely a luxury ingredient, but this feels weird.

A soft-shelled turtle appeared in front of me.
Its face protruded from the shell, and then it turned to look at me.
Moments later, it started scuttling around on the table at high speed.

I focused my mind and went into battle mode.
Taking full advantage of my improved status, I quickly caught the fleeing turtle.
I caught it, but what am I going to do with it now?
I asked my mother, just to be sure, but she screamed and refused to deal with it.
I may have tons of knives at home, but there's no way I could cut this thing up myself.
This soft-shelled turtle is probably native to Japan, so it should be safe to release it into a pond.
I was a little worried about the ecosystem, but there was no other choice. So I went to a pond, even though it was a bit far, to release the turtle.
In the future, I'll have to be more careful with gacha prizes that are labeled as living things instead of just meat.
